Rhinestahl CTS Announces Multi-Decade Tooling Extension with GE Aviation
Continuing a global, long-term engine tooling and technical commitment for decades to come
ORLANDO – April 9, 2018 – Rhinestahl Customer Tooling Solutions (CTS), the global leader in aircraft engine tooling and ground support equipment, is announcing a long-term extension to its exclusive agreement supporting GE Aviation and its customers worldwide for major commercial and military engine programs including CF34, CF6, CT7, GE90, GEnx, CFM56, F110, F414, and T700. This extension is key to an ongoing, comprehensive commitment to continue to provide world-class tooling solutions for GE fleet airlines around the world for decades to come.
In 2009, Rhinestahl acquired the GE CTS business and since then has partnered with GE to provide complete tooling solutions to its customers worldwide as GE’s Authorized Tooling Provider. Service offerings include not only ensuring correct tooling configuration compliant with GE’s latest designs and specifications, but also providing full life-cycle technical, program, and logistical support — as well as calibration, repair and tooling management services.
