EDM Machine Addition to Rhinestahl Manufacturing

We have added a new Wire EDM machine to our shop suite. This allows us to continue providing solutions to complex components with tight tolerances across multiple industries including Aerospace and Defense.

The GF+ CUT P 800 allows for the following dimensions:

Max Work Piece: 57.1” wide x 21.6” deep x 20.1” tall
Max Part Weight: 6,614 lbs.
Wire Diameter: 0.003”-0.013”
X Travel: 32” / Y Travel: 22” / Z Travel: 20”
4-axis Capability / Max Taper: 45˚
Surface Finish: Ra 0.8
Minimal to no Recast layer
